On average, our subscriptions run on a minimum of a 6-month commitment, with most partners opting for a full year. This gives us enough time to build a genuine rhythm and see real cultural impact. However, after a meeting with your team to understand your needs, we will suggest the best solution for you.

We work best with teams/companies of 30 and above. Our largest programmes have run for organisations of over 200 people across multiple departments.

It depends on your needs. Most subscriptions include monthly Pulse sessions, quarterly Flagship events, a dedicated Wadgames coordinator, post-event reporting, and the Wadtails experiences. Specific inclusions are confirmed during your onboarding conversation.
